TRUenergy Direct Debit makes life even easier. Your payments will be debited directly from your bank account or credit card fortnightly or monthly – simple and hassle free.

To apply for Direct Debit today, print out, complete and mail the Direct Debit Application Form (pdf file, 63 kb). All of the instructions you need are on the form.

If you are eligible for a concession, you can register your concession details by contacting the Department for Families and Communities (DFC) concessions hotline directly on 1800 307 758, or access an on-line application form at www.sa.gov.au/concessions. Unfortunately, due to SA regulations you can not register your concession card details here.

Am I entitled to a winter concession on my account?
You may be entitled to concession in winter on two electricity and three gas bills if you hold any of the following cards:

Pensioner Concession Card
Health Care Card,
Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card

When does the Winter Energy Concession start?
The Winter Energy Concession for concession cardholders applies from 1 May to 31 October (inclusive).
